Our History

Part of JR Group UK, we have been manufacturing eco-engineered non-woven products for over 25 years and have recently relocated to our new multi million pound state of the art factory in Bradford, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

JR Group UK is a 4th generation family run Yorkshire business who have been involved in the textile industry for more than 160 years. Texfelt are the name behind the new award winning eco-engineered carpet underlays, Springbond & Natrulay along with other existing underlays – Envirolay, Heart n’ Soul and Sterling Royale. Texfelt also manufacturing a range of waddings & insulators for the furniture industry and high performance PU foam replacement mattress pads for the bedding industry.Eco-Friendly, durable & comfortable, our industry leading high performance non-woven underlays are used extensively in homes, hotels, airports, restaurants and bars all over the world and are specified by top carpet retailers and discerning interior designers in more than 15 countries across Europe, Africa, Middle East & Asia.
